Chris Stasiuk – Biography

Long Bio

Technical brilliance alone rarely leads to real leadership. Chris Stasiuk learned that early in his engineering career. He was never the most technical engineer in the room but built his reputation on the people side of engineering: calming chaos, connecting with clients, coordinating teams, and earning trust in the moments that mattered most.

With more than 25 years of experience in engineering consulting, industrial automation, business development, and leadership, Chris brings an engineer’s logic and a coach’s practicality to his work. Through Chris Stasiuk Coaching & Consulting (under Corviom Inc.), he helps technical professionals grow into confident, effective leaders without losing their technical identity.

Chris adopted his “Do, Manage, Sell” philosophy from decades of small-company experience where wearing multiple hats was part of the job. His coaching helps clients bridge the gap between technical mastery and leadership influence by translating complex ideas into clear communication, leading teams through pressure, and creating sustainable impact in their organizations.

He guides clients through four key transitions that define the move from strong engineer to effective leader:

    • From doing the work to leading the work, learning to step back without disconnecting.
    • From quiet competence to clear communication, turning technical insight into business clarity.
    • From solo problem-solver to team builder, developing the trust and emotional intelligence to lead others.
    • From raw potential to consistent performance, building habits and systems that make leadership sustainable.

Drawing on ICF-aligned coach training and tools like CliftonStrengths®, Chris focuses on practical, people-first leadership development grounded in real-world engineering experience.

Outside of work, Chris brings a deeply human perspective shaped by resilience, loss, and reinvention. A father of six and former endurance runner, he understands what it takes to lead through uncertainty and build strength that lasts. He now shares those lessons through Recalibrate, his weekly newsletter and upcoming podcast that help engineers thrive when being technically great is not enough.
