Welcome to Corviom Inc., operating as Chris Stasiuk Coaching & Consulting (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using this website, booking services, or downloading resources, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

  1. Services

This site provides information, booking, and resources for coaching, workshops, and related services. Coaching is professional development — it is not therapy, counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice.

  1. Eligibility

You may use the site if you are able to enter a binding contract where you live. Our services are available worldwide.

  1. Information You Provide

If you submit information (for example, to book, download, or inquire), you agree it is accurate and current. You authorize us to contact you about your requests, bookings, or related services. See our Privacy Policy for details.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, including:

    • attempting to access systems without authorization,
    • interfering with security or functionality,
    • using the site for unlawful activity, or
    • infringing on the rights of others.
  1. Bookings, Payments, and Refunds

Payments and bookings may be processed through trusted third-party platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, Stripe, PayPal). Prices may change without notice.

Program and refund terms are governed by your signed Coaching Agreement. If there is any conflict, that agreement will take priority.

Scheduling etiquette: please follow cancellation/reschedule timelines shown at booking. Missed sessions may be forfeited according to your Coaching Agreement.

  1. No Guarantees

Coaching supports growth and performance, but results vary and are not guaranteed.

  1. Intellectual Property

All site content, frameworks, downloads, and materials are owned by Corviom Inc. You may not copy, distribute, or use them without written permission, except for personal use where downloads are clearly provided for that purpose.

  1. Feedback and Submissions

If you submit feedback, testimonials, or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use and display them for business purposes, unless you notify us otherwise in writing. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions do not violate any rights or laws.

  1. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers for payments, scheduling, video calls, and email (e.g., GoHighLevel, Stripe, PayPal, Zoom, Microsoft Teams). Their terms and policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

  1. Electronic Communications

By booking, contacting us, or subscribing, you consent to receive electronic communications related to your request(s). You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

  1. Copyright Complaints

If you believe any site content infringes your copyright, contact us at co******@*****om.com with details of the work and the alleged infringement.

  1. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The site and content are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site, services, or content.
